Terms of Use for the website "Pimp.lv", hereinafter referred to as "The Site".
Privacy policy
- The site may only be visited by persons who have reached the age of 18 or older;
- The site may only be visited by persons whose physical condition or psyche cannot be harmed by erotic and/or pornographic material.
- The webmaster is the service provider for the user.
- You can place paid advertisements, free advertisements, and paid advertising banners on the site. During the process of placing an advertisement, the user is textually warned whether placing the advertisement is a paid or free service. For questions regarding the placement of paid advertising banners, you must contact the webmaster and agree separately.
- It is prohibited to advertise or sell prescription drugs such as Viagra, Cialis, Levitra, etc., as well as unregistered drugs like Kamagra, Vikalis VX, Tadalis-SX, Super Vikalis VX, etc. - such advertisements will be deleted, and the data about the advertiser will be forwarded to the Health Inspection - Drug Control Department.
- Users are free to express their identity on the platform; however, deliberate misrepresentation of gender or other important information with the intent to deceive is prohibited. Such behavior may result in the deletion of the account or advertisement.
- It is prohibited to advertise, promote, or otherwise distribute textual and/or visual information in any form that may be classified as pedophilia, zoophilia, necrophilia, or pornographic violence. Violation of this term of use will be immediately reported to law enforcement agencies.
- All uploaded photos and videos must depict individuals who are at least 18 years old or the legal age established by the applicable jurisdiction at the time the image was created. Failure to comply with this requirement will be considered a serious violation and reported to law enforcement agencies.
- It is prohibited to place advertisements whose text and/or content could be classified as pimping and/or sexual exploitation and/or the creation, operation, management, and financing of a brothel and/or involving a person in prostitution and coercion to engage in prostitution and/or violation of rules regarding the importation, production, and distribution of pornographic or erotic materials.
- It is prohibited to place advertisements that violate the Prostitution Restriction Policy. Legal acts issued based on the law: 22.01.2008. Cabinet of Ministers regulations No. 32 "Prostitution Restriction Rules"
- It is prohibited to place advertisements containing links to other sites. Such advertisements will be deleted without prior notice, and any fees already paid for the placement of the advertisement will not be refunded.
- It is prohibited, without special authorization, to place advertisements on behalf of third parties or to use unauthorized data of third parties for placing advertisements.
- Users are prohibited from placing images, photos, and videos in advertisements for which third parties hold copyrights or any other rights.
- The website operator is not responsible for the information contained in advertisements or advertising blocks, but the website operator, within its means and according to its competence, monitors the compliance of the specified information (advertisement and/or advertising content) with the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
- An advertisement may only be placed in one section - corresponding to the subject matter. If the same (or very similar) advertisement is repeated in several sections, all identical (or very similar) advertisements will be deleted.
- The webmaster is not responsible for the content of the advertisement / advertisement and is not involved in the activities of advertisers. The webmaster assumes that each portal user is a good faith user who complies with not only these rules but also generally accepted moral and ethical norms unless proven otherwise.
- Phone numbers, email addresses, and other contact information may only be placed in the designated area and in the specified order.
- The website operator reserves the right to delete any (paid, free) advertisement without explanation to the advertiser.
- The website operator does not guarantee users that there will be no technical or other interruptions in the operation of the site. The website operator is not obliged to compensate users for losses, lost profits, etc., in cases of interruptions, breaks, etc.
- In case of non-compliance with these conditions, the website operator has the right to deny access to the site.
- User data is stored for processing and security purposes and can be exported upon request in accordance with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). In cases of copyright violations or illegal content, such materials will be immediately deleted, and information about the violator will be forwarded to the relevant authorities.
